Book Signing Event

January 17, 2013 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Heritage Conservancy celebrates 25 years in its home at Historic Aldie Mansion in Doylestown! A limited edition book, The Story of Aldie, commemorates this milestone.

The stately 1927 Aldie Mansion began its history as the private residence of William and Martha Mercer. An ode to the English Tudor manor, it evokes a time in America when craftsmanship reached an art form. 25 years later, the mansion is a beautiful and historic landmark, community gathering space, and home to Heritage Conservancy.

8.5 inches tall and 11 inches wide, with 80+ pages of gorgeous historic and current photos, The Story of Aldie shares this hidden Bucks County treasure with a broader audience.

Join authors Jeffrey L. Marshall, President of Heritage Conservancy, and J.C. Berger of Doylestown on Thursday, January 17th from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Aldie Mansion, 85 Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown,PA for a book signing, optional mansion tour, informational slideshow, and light refreshments.

This event is FREE. Books will be available for purchase for $39.95. Proceeds from book sales go towards the upkeep and ongoing renovations of historic Aldie Mansion. For more information, contact Maggie Bradley at (215) 345-7020 x 107.
