* Sara Gordon is a sustainability advocate and educator. Through her consulting company, Greener Days, Sara helps homeowners and businesses adopt strategies to reduce their ecological footprints. Sara is one of 1,000 North American climate messengers trained by Al Gore and The Climate Project and has also received professional Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accreditation from the Green Building Certification Institute. In addition, Sara manages land conservation projects for the Peconic Land Trust, coordinates Service Learning in the Sag Harbor public schools, and teaches and performs violin. She serves on sustainability advisory committees to Sag Harbor Village and Southampton Town.
