We were a little weary of the cloudy skies last Saturday; luckily the threat of rain didn’t dissuade over 130 guests from coming to Heritage Conservancy’s Third Annual Farm to Table dinner on August 6th at the beautiful and historic Lindsay Farm in Warminster, PA.

Guests at this event enjoyed delicious, locally sourced food prepared by Earl's Bucks County and Jamie Hollander Gourmet. Some even won an array of exclusive silent and live auction items, including private chef tastings, brewery tours, artwork, and local Bucks County eatery gift certificates. A group of sponsors, Heritage Conservancy staff, members and volunteers gave a brief but informative speech that explained concepts such as ‘food mile,’ ‘community supported agriculture,’ and ‘farm to table,’ and how they fit in to Heritage Conservancy’s mission to preserve our natural and historic heritage. We would like to say thank you again to our sponsors, volunteers, interns and staff that made this event possible. We truly appreciate your efforts; without you, events like this would not be possible.
