5-Star cuisine on a beautiful and historic property in the Bucks County countryside





This Sunday, September 18th at The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm, guests at Heritage Conservancy’s 2nd Annual Barley Sheaf Benefit Dinner will enjoy mouthwatering creations by an award-winning chef, while gaining a better understanding of the importance of preserving the beauty of the land and the rich history of Bucks County. This event is courtesy of Christine and Noel Figueroa, owners of The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm. 100% of proceeds will benefit Heritage Conservancy and its mission.

It’s the perfect venue to host Heritage Conservancy’s event, because it is a reflection of the organization’s purpose of preserving land and history,” said Christine Figueroa, owner of The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm and Heritage Conservancy board member. “This event offers guests the unique opportunity to experience gourmet cuisine while providing Heritage Conservancy a platform to communicate its mission to an audience it may not ordinarily reach.”

The event boasts a sophisticated tasting menu prepared by Chef Will Quinn, head chef at The Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm. Chef Quinn studied at The Culinary Institute of America. He has worked at four of New York City’s top restaurants. He has been hailed by New York and Philadelphia critics as a rising star and has been rated one of the top five young chefs in the Philadelphia area.

Six delicious and unique hors d'oeuvres, followed by salad, dinner and a seasonal dessert will be served in the gardens and on the conservatory terrace of the estate at Barley Sheaf Farm.
